This site (trophysim.com) is operated by Trophy Sim Solutions LLC (“TrophySim,” “we,” “us”). By using the site — browsing the catalog, using the rig configurator, creating an account, or posting content — you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site.

TrophySim provides sim racing information and tools: a parts catalog, a rig configurator with compatibility guidance, price tracking, curated guides, and community features. The site is an informational tool — we do not sell hardware through it. Our installation and calibration services are engaged separately and governed by the written quote or agreement for that work; these terms cover the website.

You may create one account, with accurate information, and you’re responsible for what happens under it — keep your credentials to yourself. Public handles are permanent once claimed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse other users, or interfere with the site’s operation.

Builds, reviews, comments, and photos you post remain yours. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content on and in connection with the site (for example, showing your published build in the gallery). You confirm that what you post is yours to post, lawful, and honest — reviews must reflect your genuine experience.

We may remove content that violates these terms, is flagged by users, or that we reasonably consider harmful — with or without notice. Published content is publicly visible; don’t post anything you want kept private.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the catalog or site content, or access the site with automated tools that burden it.
• Circumvent security, bot protection, rate limits, or access controls, or probe for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure.
• Post spam, advertising, malware, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or abusive.
• Impersonate any person, misrepresent an affiliation, or submit forms with someone else’s information.

Product specifications, prices, availability, and compatibility verdicts are provided on a best-effort basis from manufacturer information and automated checks. They can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong, and they are not offers to sell. Always verify specifications, compatibility, and pricing with the manufacturer or vendor before purchasing. Price history and price alerts are informational and depend on data sources we don’t control.

Some outbound vendor links may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission on purchases at no extra cost to you — these are marked in accordance with FTC guidance. Purchases you make from vendors are between you and the vendor.

The site links to manufacturers, vendors, and other third parties. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, products, prices, or policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trophy Sim Solutions LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site — including purchasing decisions made in reliance on catalog, compatibility, or pricing information. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold Trophy Sim Solutions LLC harmless from claims arising out of content you post or your misuse of the site.

We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Material changes will be flagged more prominently. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
