This site (trophysim.com) is operated by Trophy Sim Solutions LLC, a Texas-based business doing business as “TrophySim.” In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Trophy Sim Solutions LLC.

We collect two categories of information.
When you submit our quote form, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the type of inquiry (individual or commercial), your budget range, and the message you send. We collect this so we can respond to your inquiry. We do not collect this information for any other purpose.
If you email us directly at mark@trophysim.com, we receive whatever information you choose to include.
When you visit any page on this site, our hosting provider (Vercel) and analytics service (Vercel Analytics) automatically receive: your IP address, browser type and version, the page you requested, the page that referred you, the time of the request, and your approximate geographic region (typically city or country level, derived from IP).
Vercel Analytics is a privacy-focused service. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does nottrack you across other websites. See Vercel’s privacy documentation for technical details.
We use the information you give us only to:
We use the information collected automatically only to understand how the site is used in aggregate (which pages are popular, where traffic comes from) and to keep the site running and secure.
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, ever.
We share your information only with service providers we rely on to run the business, and only to the extent necessary for them to do their job:

In the event Trophy Sim Solutions LLC is acquired by, merged with, or sells substantially all of its assets to another entity, your information may be transferred to that entity, subject to the terms of this policy.
We keep quote inquiries and related correspondence for as long as the relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward — typically up to three years — so we can follow up, honor warranties, and maintain records of our work. Records associated with paid engagements are kept for at least seven years for tax and legal purposes, consistent with U.S. and Texas requirements.
Server logs and analytics data are retained for shorter windows by our service providers; see their respective privacy policies for specifics.
You can request that we delete your information at any time — see Section 7.
This site does notuse advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookies we may set are strictly necessary for the site to function (for example, to remember your light/dark mode preference, which is stored in your browser’s local storage and never sent to us).
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party advertising or behavioral tracking technologies.

California residents have the additional right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the sources, the business purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it — all of which are described above. We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
Our legal basis for processing the information you submit through the quote form is your consent (you chose to submit it) and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries about our services. For paid engagements, our basis is the performance of a contract with you. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe we have mishandled your data.
All traffic to and from this site is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Form submissions are validated server-side and delivered through Resend over an authenticated, encrypted channel. Our service providers are SOC 2-compliant and maintain industry-standard security practices.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it.
We are located in the United States, and our service providers are primarily located in the United States. If you visit this site or submit information from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. For material changes that affect how we use your information, we’ll make a more prominent notice — for example, by emailing you if we have your address.
You should review this page periodically. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
